You could search at www.anthonytours.com. The hotels are cheaper ...maybe because tourism is at its learning stage. You can get a 4 star hotel at a mere SGD 72 per night. .I sugggest you try centrepoint hotel. BND138 for a spacious rooom. This kind of room will cost me RM800 to RM1K in Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent .walking distance to shopping mall in the area
I wish you good luck on your journey

Hello Salmahismail. I think Brunei is quite a good place for family vacation. The only downside is the inefficient taxi system. I suppose there%26#39;s probably a taxi service that you can call. What I am saying is, if you expect a taxi waiting at the taxi stand, that%26#39;s not happening (esp in the evening). So arm yourself with a taxi phone number. There is a few good tourist agents in Brunei such as Freme (www.freme.com), sunshine tour (www.exploreborneo.com), Anthony Tours (www.anthonytours.com) and Southern Cross (www.onebrunei.com). The cheaper option is ofcourse to do it yourself (unless to the more remote location such as Jerudong Playground, Ulu Temburong National Park and the Proboscis Monkey tour). The rest are all located in Bandar or in a close vicinity. A must see place would have to be the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Jame Asr Mosque, the watervillage (do take the boat ride - rate negotiable), the Royal Regalia, the Brunei Museum, The Malay Technology Museum and the Istana Nurul Iman. For textile shopping, I would recommend you to drop by at Serusop shopping area (shop name such as Nazmi).
