I am spending about 5 days in BSB and thought I would rent a car. Can anyone advise what side of the road you drive on and approx. the cost of a small car per day.

The cost of car rentals in BSB will range between B$60 - B$100 per day. depends on which car rentals you use. The famous car rentals in Brunei is Hertz tel: 6732390300/10, Qawi enterprise tel: 6732 2340380/81, and Avis tel: 6732 426345. But i recommend u to use Qawi enterprise.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Have 2 hours stop over on way to Singapore so will check out the Qawi car rental.

If you are at the Empire,they have a shuttle bus and you wont need a car.Where are you staying?

I have emailed the KH Soon resthouse and reserved a room there. I have been guided there by other comments from this forum.

I stayed at the Brunei Hotel, opposite the KH SOON Resthouse about 4 weeks ago. I did not see inside the resthouse but if the outside is any reflection on the inside I would say be very careful.
