Empire Hotel

Hi

I am looking to book the Empire Hotel in March 07. Everywhere I have read said don%26#39;t pay the full rates as there is always discounts available. Does anyone have any suggestions as who to book with. I am not one of those people to wait until I get to the destination to orgainse a hotel so I will have to pre book.

Any ideas would be much appreciated
