safe to wander in BSB at night
Brunei is very safe to walk around at night - probably one of the safest places in the world! There is no alcohol, so that is not a problem. Also, groups of young people are not permitted to wander round in large groups. And anyway, the main shopping centres are open until fairly late. You should feel very comfortable.
